Now, she's not the Doctor … but I have no doubt that Moffet could work things such that she would be.
I've talked about how it would be nice to have a more mature Doctor, and I'm not backing off of that. But think of a Last Time Lord filled with a spirit of adventure and world-saving hubris. Who actually had to rely on her Companion(s) to rein her in. Who didn't carry around the wisdom and infodumps of a thousand-year lifetime to pull a plot rabbit out of a hat. I can see a glorious multi-year story arc there, where she slowly comes into her inheritance (and, thus, memory), changing as we watch, for good and ill.
I'd watch it.

Jenny badly, badly needs her own spinoff. Although they might need to recast her, since I don't think Georgia Moffat is doing any acting these days.
To me it is very logical, especially since they’ve cramned in an extra doctor as part of the 50th anniversary.
With Matt Smith leaving, that will mean you and up at the plot complication of the new Doctor being the final 13th regen. You gain one more regen with going with the Doctor’s Daughter, and to me it would be a whole lot of fun to see the writers tackle writing for a woman.
I would dearly love a spinoff. 'nuff said!
