Wow. Listening to these recordings, with questions being fired back, I'm pretty certain she's automated. That doesn't necessarily bother me (I mean not much difference between that and someone reading off a script), except that she's programmed to deny it.
That's creepy.

It is a bit creepy, but I’m thinking it would be a nice change from , “Hello, I’m calling from Windows technical department and we see you have a problem with your computer.” It’s not even fun to play with them any more. It’s just annoying. Why doesn’t the nice robot lady call me?
