One thing I was disappointed in this year was that our local game days were few and far between. So I've completed one minor unwritten resolution accomplished and penciled in game days for each month in 2014. (Our post-Twelfth Night Thirteenth Day game day was already on there.)
I'm not publicizing them yet to our gaming circle, because they are subject to change — but at least now they're on the calendar with "dibs," and I can work to either schedule around them or, if need be, reschedule them, vs. getting to the end of a month and saying, "Hey, we never …"

No, no, it's a generic image. (I haven't kept a paper calendar in years. 🙂 ).
Hey, maybe we can share the game days, so you guys don't always have to host. We have a huge stocked game closet too, and lots of room!
We can certainly discuss whatever makes sense. Or have multiple game days, for that matter. This was just our way of filling in a needed gap in our local gaming ecosystem (esp. a dearth in traditional RPGing 🙂 )
