The way they handled the exterior in popping the ceiling for extra floors is still remarkably ugly (http://goo.gl/BYb35s), but I suppose it beats either tearing the (decade vacant) building down or having it still be sitting idle. At ground level, at least, they've replaced the sidewalk and trees, added some uplighting, and finally have plants in the planters again, so, as long as I don't look too far up, it's all good.
