I worry when courts, analysts, and the plaintiffs all wave off objections about how they don't think some adverse reading of a ruling is "likely" to happen, or that "few" folk will "probably" act a certain way that might make things worse. It seems like that sort of guesswork (some of which comes across as disingenuous, to say the least) should factor into how the ruling is written in the first place.
In other words, I do indeed expect to see a lot of litigation based on Hobby Lobby, and lots of conflicting rulings, which means we'll see this circle up back with SCOTUS again in a few years. Who knows how things will be ruled then?

They could at least be honest. "Sure, we'll see a lot of litigation because of this ruling, but I don't care because my mind was already made up on this issue."
