So we've had a mingled household now for some days, with Purrl having the run of the place with Neko and Kunoichi. Purrl is getting use to them to the extent that she's willing to ignore them as long as they don't get too close, at which point she hisses. The rest of the time she explores here or there, meows for attention, and plop down at random on any surface she can get to.
Neko and Kunoichi are slowly learning to give her space. Kunoichi in particular was very much in the worried / interested / motherly mode early on, following Purrl around, trying to sniff her, respecting the hissing to break eye contact and edge away. She's a bit more mellow about it now.
So, baby steps (or kitty steps, if you will). No mutual grooming (yet), and not really sharing food or litter boxes (yet), but getting toward being a single household.
