The biggest argument against this list is that it does a lot of "Okay, here's a category, what was the best in it" sort of sorting (e.g., best cross-gender, best deformity, etc.). That said, it's a pretty good list, and some of them are truly iconic.
(And I appreciate them all the more for watching Syfy's Face/Off show on a regular basis.)
