Okay, so plenty of Avengers goodness here, full of blood, toil, tears, and sweat. Bruce Banner is definitely getting more coverage, but we get some quick shots of the whole gang. Also some brief glimpses of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch. And, of course, Ultron.
Tonally, they seem to be doing a good job with making Ultron a super-menacing villain, even without showing him doing much. There are two origin items that have clearly changed: Ultron is a Stark creation, not a Pym one (apparently some sort of bad drug reaction between AI and Iron Man armor), and the whole adamantium thing is nowhere to be seen. Not sure about Ultron's voice here, which has always struck me as being more mechanical than what we get. And very sure I don't like Ultron having pupils.
But all that aside — man, waiting another seven months is going to be brutal.
Ultron will probably be made up of maybe a new alloy combination of vibranium and something else, since Fox will be digging deep for an excuse that they used adamantium on character that isn't Wolverine and go to court. Remember tony uses a peace program from the past(which is probably Of Pyms creation, so technically it would be both Pym and Starks fault)
Love the trailer. Never read the comic storyline so I'm curious as to why Banner seems to be such an emotional wreck.
+Marty Shaw While there are parallels and similarities on the macro level, that's more of a micro level question. I.e., the answer will be internal to the MCU continuity or events we hear about, not anything comic-related. (E.g., the government captured him and tried to use him for experiments; he woke up from one of his shifts to find himself in the middle of a devastated town with bodies everywhere; exposure to the Tesseract is increasing his radiation levels and leaving the Other Guy more difficult to control)
+MrAwesome890 Yeah, I'm not sure about who "owns" the film rights to adamantium; it could be Fox, but the metal predates Wolverine in Marvel comics. In fact, it was first used in the MU in Avengers #66 (July 1969), related to Ultron.
It's possible Pym will be involved (tune into Ant Man next year to find out), but I'm guessing he's not. This will be based on Tony's own tech experiments and, doubtless, his own hubris, too. (See also: lead-in to "Civil War".)
Who is that guy with the odd chin curtain beard in one of the quick shots? Is that Banner? I don't think so.

Klaw, of course, ties into Vibramium, which has previously come up in the MCU (e.g., Cap's shield). So no Adamantium, perhaps.
Also Klaw is pretty confirmed, which means Black Panther could be in the movie, and the extra girl when ProtoUltron comes in could be Carol Danvers(pre-blond)
