Okay, at least one more Super Bowl commercial drawing some fire, this one from Carnival Cruises with a rather innocuously poetic voiceover by John F Kennedy (http://home.comcast.net/~ceoverfield/sea.html) talking about why people are drawn to the ocean …
"I really don't know why it is that all of us are so committed to the sea, except I think it's because in addition to the fact that the sea changes, and the light changes, and ships change, it's because we all came from the sea. And it is an interesting biological fact that all of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea — whether it is to sail or to watch it — we are going back from whence we came."
… which was immediately leapt upon by Ken Ham, et al., as being a blatant promotion for evil-ution, an attack on God-fearing Christians everywhere, and a sign of how deep in trouble our country is when the President of the United States is/was an atheist who is/was promoting worship of Poseidon or some other sea god.

Creationist Ken Ham Is Furious Over Carnival’s Super Bowl Ad
Christian evangelical extremist Ken Ham and his friends are apoplectic over Carnival Cruise Lines’ Super Bowl ad embracing evolution.
And here I'm struggling to recall any of the ads. They were that lackluster.
It's hilarious that he's complaining about a speech from back in the day when the American public believed in science.
Also, Kennedy was wrong about that percentage of salt thing, but it sure sounds good.
Meanwhile, my reaction to the ad was "Why is Carnival trying to associate PT-109 with its peaceful cruise ships?"
I think the American public still believes in science, though many of them have seemed to elevate it to a zealot-like religious status, today.
I didn't even see this as an issue. The most interesting tweet rehashed in the article was
"So Carnival Cruise Lines just ran an ad during the Super Bowl quoting Kennedy on evolution. Apparently their atheist. Nice to know."
Hasn't the pope come out and said he believes in evolution? Is the pope an atheist? Can the concept of God and the story of evolution coexists? There are more important things to worry about than this commercial.

I would certainly argue that the concept of God and the concept of Evolution can co-exist. At least I manage to juggle the two of them together.

Ken Ham has to constantly seek out and declare new enemies to keep this followers living in fear that religion is under constant attack from atheistic science. That's his schtick to keep the follower convinced he is saving them so the donations will keep rolling in.
If you want some entertainment, look up the Wikipedia series on Flood Geology. That's the kind of stuff Ham considers to be Biblical science.
