I'm glad I switched my business from Frontier.
+Kate Testerman I'm glad but I'm also unhappy. I used to be a huge Frontier fan, esp. vs. the steadily deteriorating Big Air standards of United. But Frontier decided to out-de-service everyone else in the local market. Was that the only way to survive? Or was that to insure a sufficient dividend for investors? Either reason is sad, and neither changes where I'm inclined to give my custom (which is, by default, Southwest, with United following, and Frontier a desperation move).
