While I have seen commenters unhappy over the backlash against these adverts ("Prudes!" is the most common), this goes a bit beyond just sexual content, and into shades of prostitution. I dunno.
Maybe if they were smiling it wouldn't seem so squicky.

It's was a masterstroke. The amount of coverage they have got over the past week is immense! It's tasteless and sexist, but it's done its job.
"There's no such thing as bad publicity," as they say?
(Hmmm. Is it "sexist" if it's equal opportunity?)
"topless" <==> not-wearing-a-turtleneck
Using sex to sell something unrelated to sex, or hinting at it, is by definition sexist, whether it's male or female.
I probably wouldn't have used the term, but they do indeed seem to be topless (at least).

No, sexist is representing one sex/gender as lesser or not equal to the other. If this was anything it would be exploitative.
+Darryl Collins Not sure I concur with that definition, by which anything sold by an attractive individual could be considered sexist. "Prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex" seems to be a more common definition. But I can certainly agree that it was objectifying and inappropriate.
