Marvel's Agents of SHIELD has been picked up for s.4, though it's suffered this season from (as in previous seasons) too little focus that's only recovered as the season winds up.
Marvel's Agent Carter looks unlikely to get a third go, having suffered in the ratings in s.2 and its star now at least partially tied up starring on another ABC show. I didn't think s.2 was nearly as strong as s.1, thought it was still fun.
It looks like Marvel's Most Wanted will in fact get a green light. I'm conflicted on this one, as I haven't been wowed by the screen chemistry of the protags while on MAoS, but the show sounds good on paper; I'm willing to give it a try.
Marvel's been having more interesting times in other outlets — Netflix so far, but with at least one sale to an ABC cable network (Cloak & Dagger), which makes me wonder why the disconnects, and how they can get their TV act back together.
Marvel’s Most Wanted Close to Series Order; Agent Carter Season 3 Unlikely
Marvel’s Most Wanted stands a chance to become a series on ABC, but a season 3 renewal for Agent Carter is looking unlikely.
That's too bad. I like Agent Carter, but I know it barely managed a renewal for season 2.
SHIELD has been a mess since S1 yet keeps getting renewed despite poor ratings. Pity Firefly wasn't as persistent.
Pity Firefly wasn't allowed to be that persistent. Somebody at the studio had it in for Joss Whedon from the get-go.
