Because of course anti-vaxxers would stop giving their dogs vaccinations, too. Because they might get autism. Which they don't, but, hey, why take that risk?

JEEBUS that's boneheaded.
Had a friend who almost lost his dog to parvovirus last week (guess they don't regularly vaccinate for it in Romania). It was really close. Wouldn't wish that on anyone, and it's terrifically contagious. It's why we aren't allowed to take our foster pupa outside before they're vaccinated.

Not only are the subjecting them to unnecessary suffering and early death, the un-inoculated dogs will not be permitted to enjoy dog parks, be cared for by dog care facilities, most dog walkers, …
Such incredbile ignorance and total lack of responsibility and caring not only for their own dogs but for the vulnerable puppies (too young to be vaccinated) and others who have fragile conditions.
