In the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein (and others) sexual harassment (and worse) scandal(s), Samantha Bee has some advice for men. I am sorely tempted to say that this should be one of those mandatory HR videos that employees are required to watch.

You know this should not be difficult. There’s more to it, of course, but if someone doesn’t grasp these salient points, then more subtle things like stay out of their personal and try not to stare at their personal bits might be too complex. Certainly treat them like a real breathing human and respect them is definitely going to take a while.
@Marc – It sure seems like straightforward civil behavior to me, but apparently some other penis-owners can’t quite figure it out.
