The great question that we cannot now determine, but that will eventually be pretty firmly established (based on historiological precedent), is whether the GOP collaborators of Trump are (a) bedazzled by his rhetoric into believing that what he says will happen will actually happen, (b) pragmatically and hypocritically going along with the Donald because that’s their only hope for political (personal and party) survival, or (c) idiots.
Republicans Agree That Trump Will Easily Convince Rest of World to Rewrite Iran Deal That Took Two Years to Negotiate
After abandoning an agreement that restrains Iran’s nuclear program, the GOP says, we must find a way to restrain Iran’s nuclear program.

Why not all 3 possibilities at once?
As if the rest of the world believes what D and his merry men have to say. "Easily convince"? #joke

Ah, the pragmatism of politics. You can have an even mixture of all three and it looks (and acts) like a majority because the practical implication is the same.
Or, they’ll allow him to do all the things he wants as long as he gives them all the things they want as well. So far everything he has done has lined up with what they wanted, so they are fine with it. This might change if he starts doing things they do not want to do.
+Jesse Cox No, I mean that those who are misguided are individually (a) bedazzled and (b) going along for survival in today's
GOPTrumpism party and (c) idiots. 🙂
