Dealing with an established character / situation / reputation is difficult for second seasons of shows, both in terms of in-story plot and in terms of out-of-story viewers.
Here’s hoping that Luke rises to the challenge.

Here's hoping they build on the first half of season one (with complex, three dimensional villains), rather than the second half where they apparently had completely different writers come in blind.
Luke needs some tips from Danny.
I think Luke Cage & Jessica Jones (season 1 for both) have been my favs of the Netflix Marvel shows.
+Brian Barth I absolutely loved both of those. Jessica has to be the most believable character in the MCU. Iron Fist was fun, but you really have to have been into Kung Fu shows to get it. I remember watching that back in the 70s, so I did. 😀
