No more whole wheat, beans, legumes, nuts, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc. They have lectins and will cause inflammations that will kill you (or at least make you fat).
I'm now waiting to see the "Low Lectin" and "Lectin Free" signs at restaurants and grocery stores.
