It always makes Margie laugh when I refer to this new duo as that.
In reality, they are Rhett Bull (Axe/Shield Brute) and Phoenix Reburn (Claws/Fire Brute). Much balls-to-the-walls fun to play.
(Yes, I have been playing a wee bit of CoX. Just not writing about it much, I fear.)
(And, yes, we’re enjoying the Animal Pack.)
Been playing a bit recently too. I’ve been trying to figure out the Incarnate system, with limited success. It’s been fun to play some old, level 50 chars though. Especially my first 50, a Fire/Fire Tank, now they’ve made Burn like it used to be. Fun times! : )
I haven’t gotten into the Incarnate stuff as yet. I’d need to go back and respec my 50s to take advantage of the new Stamina this-n-that.
We’ll get there. We’re still having fun running around with younger duos — C&C above are at 16 at the moment, and we have a slew of duos in the 20-30 range who started in Praetoria.
Not at all bored. Just — time-constrained.
There are a lot of very helpful guides on the incarnate stuff on the main forums. I’m more interested in playing ATs I haven’t before, or new power sets with my peeps in RO.
One of my current faves is my minotaur Warshade: Aurochs Nictus
This did point out to me that the minotaur face is essentially a ‘mask’ added to the human head because the Kheld eye streamers come out where the huma face would be. Interesting!
I would note that these character look nothing like the Cow & Chicken I remember from the cartoons! ( ;P) I did however actually lol at the nickname for your duo!
Oh, yeah, I know that’s now how the “real” Cow & Chicken look, but it was still a natural name to come up with for this pair.
An “udder” belt piece would be an interesting, if disturbing, costume add.
