INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 3 T Cocoa 1 t Baking soda 1/2 t Salt 1 t Vanilla 1 T Vinegar 4 T Oil or melted butter 1 c Water DIRECTIONS: Mix dry ingredients in 9x9 pan. Stir in vanilla, vinegar, oil. Add water and stir until smooth. Bake 25 min. 350 degrees FROSTING 2 c Chocolate bits 3 c Powdered sugar 1/4 c Soft butter 1/2 c Hot milk DIRECTIONS: Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling water. Add rest of ingredients.
