Lemon Jello Bunt Cake

Yummy for breakfast or dessert.  

Ingredients:

1 (18 ounce) lemon cake mix
1 (3 ounce) box lemon gelatin
3⁄4 c oil
1 c milk
4 eggs
2 c confectioners’ sugar
1⁄2 c lemon juice

Directions:  

  1. Preheat oven 325°
  2. Combine the cake mix, gelatin, vegetable oil, and milk.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  6. Cool on a rack 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan.
  8. Combine the confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
  9. Poke holes with fork into cake while still hot.
  10. Pour glaze slowly over warm cake.

Serves:  10
