Yummy for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) lemon cake mix
1 (3 ounce) box lemon gelatin
3⁄4 c oil
1 c milk
4 eggs
2 c confectioners’ sugar
1⁄2 c lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven 325°
- Combine the cake mix, gelatin, vegetable oil, and milk.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Cool on a rack 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Combine the confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
- Poke holes with fork into cake while still hot.
- Pour glaze slowly over warm cake.
