Suzie’s Garlic Bread

Suzie is pretty direct but she makes really good garlic bread!  You can stick this in the oven or not.

Ingredients:

• 1 cube butter
• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 clove garlic

Directions:

1. nuke
2. whip with whisk
3. spread on bread

Serves:  Makes about 1 cup.
