I’ve visited Chicago once, and enjoyed the visit (though my father-in-law’s tales indicate the weather in the summer is likely not my cuppa). I’ve not minded my trips to Philly. Miami has no appeal to me. I like Portland, and Atlanta has been okay.

I Liked San Francisco the three times that I’ve been there. It’s my favorite U.S. big city.
Actually, I have a great fondness for the Bay Area, too. My birth stomping grounds. And I’ve enjoyed the times I visited the City.
Well, it got the first one right! I’d absolutely move to the Pacific Northwest if it were feasible.
Honolulu… Maybe. I did enjoy my one week there.
The rest… eh. I doubt it.

Oooh, 80% Seattle! Loved living there. In fact, we’re going there for a quick vacation later in the spring.

Austin was a very nice place to live, but I think I like Denver better. I have only been to Atlanta for a convention, so all I saw was the airport and the convention center. Honolulu would be great, but it’s way too expensive. Las Vegas seems to hot to me in the summer.
The problem with a list like this (or taking it too seriously) is that the choices are binary (“This is important” / “This is unimportant”) and , presumably, equally weighted (concerns about crime = concerns about pollution = concerns about climate).
Frankly, Denver is pretty close to ideal for me. I’ve little idea (without seeing the way various cities fared) what kept it out of my top 5.
