On following the sinister money trail behind the “TERROR MOSQUE,” Fox News goes all inuendo about some crazy-evil-radical Saudi guy who is one of the funders of Imam Rauf’s organization.
They do so without mentioning the crazy-evil-radical Saudi guy by name (Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal), of course, because then someone might realize that he is the largest non-Murdoch shareholder in …
… News Corp, the parent company of …
… Fox News.
I like the Daily Show‘s segment title: “The Parent Company Trap.” Heh.
| The Daily Show With Jon Stewart | Mon – Thurs 11p / 10c | |||

There is so much goodness in this segment, it makes my heart go pitty-pat. Especially when they get to the John Oliver/Wyatt Cenac debate over whether Fox is Evil or Stupid:
Oliver said he has to believe they are stupid, “because if they’re not as stupid as I believe them to be, they are really f*cking evil.”
Cenac replied: “And if they’re not as evil as I think they are, they are stupid. We’re talking potatoes with mouths.”
Which they then both agree is an underestimation of potatoes.
UPDATE: I almost forgot my favorite quote, from Jon Stewart:
My point is this: If we want to cut off funding to the “terror mosque,” we must – together as a nation — stop watching Fox. It’s the only way!
Amen!
