Like Hurricane Sandy victims, the GOP in the House decided that rather than negotiate on what they disliked about the Senate bill (which apparently gave too much support to immigrants, Lesbians, and Native American women), they simply let it die until next Congress. Way to win the hearts and minds of half the electorate, GOP!
