That's cool. I don't think we ever did a ceremony for ours.
I don't remember, either. And, with everything else going on in our schedules, trotting down to the school for a couple of hours (all told) last night felt a bit much, esp. when you throw in a Candle Poem and an endless array of (mercifully short) speeches.
On the other and, it's a pretty cool achievement, and as part of the NJHS she'll be doing some service projects, which will be pretty cool, too. So, in sum, small investment of time to show how proud we are.
