Disney was doing takedowns of the trailer? Seems counterproductive.
Disney has apparently signed an exclusivity agreement with Facebook for (certain of?) their trailers. Any copies of this showing up on YouTube received take-down notices.
I'm sure FB either paid a chunk for the privilege, or Disney thinks it's getting something out of it, or something, but it makes it a lot less likely that I will see or forward on trailers such as this. Which seems the wrong thing for Disney to be driving for, but they're an odd company sometimes.

Yeah, that seems really odd, especially since I thought that one of the big things that helped drive Frozen was putting an HD version of "Let it Go" on YouTube in advance of the release.
Could be different divisions calling the shots.
