In practice, I suppose, it's no worse than adverts in the middle of music streams on air flights, when people might be sleeping while listening. But that, at least, is expected. And if I'm leaning my head against the window because that's the easiest way to sleep (on a train or an airplane), having subtle messages vibrated to me for stuff is either not going to help me sleep or is going to be just darnright …
… creepy.
