A good sauce for any beef dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 c sour cream
- ¼ c prepared horseradish, drained
Directions:
- Combine the sour cream and horseradish and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and ground pepper.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
Serves: 1 ¼ cup
