Shopped for a washing machine. Played with many scenarios. Will probably go out again next weekend.
Folks over for a casual get-together to eat, drink, play games, and socialize with the ‘rents. Doyce brought “Shadows over Camelot” which took a whole load of intro rules-reading time, but actually played pretty darned quickly and well, with an appropriate “lost cause holding back the tide of darkness” feel.
Also played some Parcheesi, which had been a while for pretty much everyone. I won. Yay!
Sunday
Woke up way too early.
Hung around. Relaxed. Played some CoH with Margie. Played some Parcheesi with the ‘rents.
Played in the back yard with Mimi.
Katherine was down with some sort of stomach bug. Poor Kitten.
Ate leftovers and grilled sausages.
Lovely light rain most of the evening, which turned into snow overnight.
Monday
Taking the day off to visit with the ‘rents.
Snow melting.
Taking the Subaru in for service.
Hopefully doing more relaxing.
