Honestly, none of these seem particularly alarming to me. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll see any of them come to pass, because it's easier to tell a 64-year-old scrubwoman that she needs to put off her retirement another five years than tell a multimillionaire contributor that he'll once again have to pay few percent more on his income over $250K.

It is just possible he’s grown a pair now he’s a 2nd termer. It’s straight after an election, so the longest possible period to more voting. It sounds like he’s looking at the Republicans in the eye, backed up by the current mood the GOP are for the rich, and said, ‘Come and have a go if you think you’re hard enough’.
